Elizabeth Shepherd and Michael Occhipinti have fifteen Juno Award nominations combined. Blending their talents to create ES:MO's debut album "The Weight of Hope", they've picked up yet another Juno nomination for Vocal Jazz Album of the Year.
Alex Cuba's "Mendó" is nominated for Global Music Album of The Year. With two Junos at home, this nomination marks Alex's FIFTH Juno Award nomination. "Mendó" has also already picked up a Grammy Nomination!
The Fugitive's album "Trench Songs" has been nominated for Traditional Roots Album of The Year. The 14-track album accompanies their musical documentary, "Ridge" - a film that moves from monologue to performance and back, where The Fugitives cover songs written in WW1.
